This Service is provided for a single, limited, and specific purpose.
Intended Purpose: The Service is provided to you for the sole and exclusive purpose of remotely operating a designated home automation system.
Specific Function: Your access rights are strictly limited to operating the designated door access system (e.g., locking, unlocking) and nothing else.
No Other Use: Any use of the Service, your account, or the system for any purpose other than the intended use described above is a direct violation of these Terms and is strictly prohibited.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that the door mechanism will operate correctly, safely, or without malfunction at all times. You use the Service at your own sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall azuriki.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge the inherent risks of using a remote system to control physical access to a property and agree to assume all responsibility and liability for any such outcomes.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless azuriki.com from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; or (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by sending an email to home@azuriki.com. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
